The former Las Vegas Hard Rock was located in bad location from the Las Vegas Strip, 2 mile away of the best competitors and next UNLV. Now after the public announce of building a New Guitar Hotel in Las Vegas, for me it’s completely clear this move.
Since Hard Rock Hotel and Casino sale 2 years ago in Las Vegas and when I saw by the first time the Seminole Giitar Hotel in Hollywood, I was wondering why this hotel was build wrongly in Hollywood instead of Las Vegas! In my opinion, Las Vegas is the best and the right place for this Guitar.
